I brought my phone poco x3 pro model through flipkart on july 20, 2021. My phone stopped working on march 9th 2023 night, next day i visited service center they mentioned "YOUR PHONE'S MOTHER BOARD IS DEAD DUE TO INSTALLATION O[censored]PDATE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY ITSELF " so they are charging me RS 10, 000 for repairing my mobile as it is out of warranty. Earlier company has extended 6 months warranty on june 22, 2022. Here the company is responsible for my phones issue and when i reached them they said " phone is not under warranty so you have to pay and get repaired" which is totally senseless. When there is an issue in an electronic device from company side they have to put an end to that through any solution provided but in my case it is not provided. So as they are not providing any solution Even CEO of company admitted the mistake about issues getting on twitter. Extending warranty is not a solution for all.
