Within less than 2 years of purchase after software update the phone camera stopped working. When we reached the customer service center in our town (Coimbatore), they didnt accept the phone for service. They asked to talk to customer care of POCO . When we contacted customer care 0n 31st May 2022, he suggested to wait until June 08th to provide a resolution . But on 07th June the backend team called and suggested to change the motherboard. Shocked, when i again called the customer service, he said he sill ask the backend team to call again . But that never happened, i repeatedly called customer call center, they kept me waiting a minimum of 20 min every call . After many such calls, talking to a supervisor etc., they extended the deadline to get a resolution to June 13th . I insisted on getting a writtern reply about their response, which they are not doing . Even to my email there is no response from their side. They follow the tactics of keeping the customer waiting and making them tiered, so they will stop following up with the complaint . Was this information helpful? |
