I have brought new POCO X5 5g on 15/08/2023 but products is defective has battery issue. I give to the service center on 21/08/2023 . They confirmed mobile has hardware issue will get replacement product. I have waited for 2 weeks still not response. Then I call POCO Customer service and rise complain :WOIN[protected]. They mention it will resolve within 14/09/2023 . All mentioned days are over but they still not resolved my issue. Worst service in my life. Was this information helpful? |
