Pohunch.com — Money debited but order of 2 Litre Amul Cow Ghee has not been confirmed nor delivered

On 04 November'2023 I ordered 2 Litre of Amul Cow Ghee and made a payment of Rs.928/- (Rs. Nine Hundred & Twenty Eight Only) through Google Pay but neither the order has been confirmed nor been delivered. Customer Care fail to respond every time i tried contacting them.
