Poison Skin Clinic — Sent wrong medicine and denying full refund

I ordered Hair Fact Pro Immune 2, from Dr Abhinit Gupta's website 'Laskomig' which is and prepaid Rs 2347, but without any prior notice to me, they sent me Hair Fact Pro Immune 5 on their own. On calling them and telling them that they sent me the wrong medicine, they started arguing, later they admitted that they did not have the medicine I ordered so they sent a different medicine. Moreover, Dr Abhinit Gupta who is the said doctor of 'Laskomig' is extremely rude, he straight away hung up the call on my face without even listening to my query. So, I kept calling them and asked them to initiate the return process and refund my entire amount which they straight away denied, on calling them repeatedly, they told me that they won't refund me the full amount which is Rs 2347, instead they'll refund only Rs 1654 whereas it is solely their mistake.
