Policy Bazaar — about refund of amount

Sir i done a policy on policy bazar on 12 th june which was done by mistake my relative offline on 8th june. So i inform to policy bazar to cancel my policy and refund my amount as soon as possible. I submit all the documents offline and online. From last 10 month they didn't refund amount. I want a strict action against policy bazar. And provide my refund as soon as possible
