Dear Policy bazaar,
I am fed up & harassed by your people for my cashless claim policy No.[protected] issued in the name of Govind Ram Saklani for the year 2021-22.
Case history is that I met with an accident on 03.05.2022 & filed the claim intimation papers given by your representative Mr. Saurabh on 05.05.2022 & he ensured that all documents is ok pertaining to the claim & we are providing you a Garage name Car care Auto, Vill Anji, Distt. Solan(H.P) & they will pick up your damage car to his garage by own as it is in the radius of 20 Km & submit the estimate, video of the car, but no one came to pick the car. On 08.05.2022(Afternoon) i myself took the car & drop it in the garage,
Policy bazaar mailed me the above said garage address & also provide a number [protected](Mr. Kapil Rajput) related to vehicle care and told me that he will assist me to get the claim & i rang him from 05.05.2022 to till but always he is making fool of me as i today i confirmed from policy bazzar and checked the status of the video & estimate, Representative told me that no video & estimate is uploaded yet(11.05.2022).
I again request to handle my case properly on 11.05.2022(by mail)as I am already waiting for the repair & cashless claim to last from 11 days.
I Continuously updating your representative through E-mail but to response of any mail given nor any update for my claim by policy bazaar.
Now, finally i give my case to Policy Bazaar grievance cell to solve it, otherwise you have not left me any other option to file the grievance with IRDA.
