I bought tata Aia policy from policy bazar as advised by their sales adviser, he said 20 k will invested in market but when i reci the policy only 17000 is invested in market when i complained they are saying its tata who will decide how much will be invested in market so what we told me was not true, also i asked him 20 times before buying the policy if at least 20 k will be invested in market and and he confirmed yes, but once I bought the policy it was 17 k only so it was complete lie.i cancel the policy they refunded 17 k but cheated almost 6 thousand there sales advisor tells lie and sale the policy and when you complain they complain team fully support them.
Please assist me to get my 6 k or there should be some legal action against company so in future they do not cheat customer.
