I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my insurance policy [protected] and the conduct of your Relationship Manager Mohit Goel.
It has come to my attention that changes have been made to my policy without my knowledge or consent. I was neither informed nor did I approve any such modifications. This is a clear violation of trust and established regulatory guidelines.
Additionally, I would like to raise a complaint against the Relationship Manager Mohit Goel assigned to me. I was not provided with clear and transparent information about the policy terms, benefits, and risks at the time of purchase. This amounts to mis-selling and professional misconduct. I feel that I have been misled into a policy that does not deliver the promised benefits.
