Policy Bazaar executives have been calling me every day for the last couple of months. They call twice, even thrice a day, without fail. They allege that I visited the company’s website and looked for different types of insurance, but I have NEVER visited the website, and neither am I interested in taking insurance from them.
Whenever I picked up their call, someone from the company alleged that I was looking for insurance on their website, they have specific data about it. When I deny it, they go into their usual excuse that I must have forgotten or someone else from my family must have used my number to do so. I know my family, and I know for a fact that they have never used my number, and I have never visited their website. I will make sure that I never visit their website anytime in the future too. This is clearly harassment. This has been very frustrating and disturbing.
Some executives even go in denial, saying that their data is correct and I did visit the website. I have told the executives to update their systems repeatedly but after picking up the calls, the intensity of calling from this company increases much more. It just worsens when you try to reason with them. There is no respite, even after stating that I am NOT interested.
I have blocked multiple numbers from this company. This is unprofessional and pathetic, very cheap behavior to make sales. Customers are harassed at the expense of profits. Was this information helpful? |
