The car policy was sold to me by lies,and false promise ,wrong information and cheating that the policy will be issued immediately, even after paying 24 hours back i still have not received payment confirmation nor covernote nor car policy. I paid rs.27091 for mr car mh03bw5055. Before my policy on 14th april. Am yet to receive any proof. I was clearly being lied by policy bazaar that the payment receipt will be sent to me in next 15 mins. Inspite of several calls and emails to policy bazaar they have not been able to even confirm the payment whereas they had confirmed the receipt on the call on that day itself. You can get the recording confirming the same from policy bazaar as a proof. L And since the my current car policy expires on 15th april 2017 due to the careless ness and non renewal of policy by policybazaar inspite of payment received by them on 14th april 2017. I am definitely writing on social media about the horrible sales frauds and sales lies policy bazaar use to entice the customer to make payment online and than inspite of several emails and calls. Policy bazaar does not bother to respond and the manager would not even come on call to resolve the customer issue. I definitly would not have paid online to policy bazaar if i was told the truth that i would have to wait for 6 days to get a recipt of payment or policy cover note as my car insurance was expiring on 15th april. I would have bought it locally or directly thru insurance agent. Need help with refund compensation for the inconvenience they have caused me. Now i will not be able to drive my car and i will have to get physical verification of the car done for insurance renewal.
