Policy Bazaar — "residential risk" not mentioned for nri & no response from officer | |||||
As an NRI, on 7th Nov'15, I have applied and paid Rs.145, 065 to online MaxInsurance for Term Insurance coverage. On 8th Nov, all medical test were done. On 17th Nov'15, one lien message came from Max Insurance that I am not allowed to take Term Insurance as it is Residential Risk. No explaination was given for meaning of Residential Risk and what are the countries not covered for Term Insurance. Complaint is against Two officer of Policy Bazaar - Mr. Roshan Jha and Mr. Dheeraj Sharma, who both made 25 calls to apply in Max Insurance but after 8th Nov, not picking up phone or responding to mail request.
