Dear sir
I purchased star health insurance policy from the Policy Bazaar . at premium rs. 11769 on date 27.12.2022 Amount deducted on date 31.01.2022 from account personal loan account no._[protected] but policy rejected by insurer . and policy bazaar said that we paid your refund on date 14.02.2022 and they give me UTR Number HDFCR[protected] and ARN Number[protected]. I contact to my bank bank of baroda branch ved nagar ujjain and tell about UTR Number and ARN Number . my bank check this UTR Number which is incorrect and There is not any Tracking system on behalf of ARN . so my bank Replied to policy bazaar mail.id
But Policy Bazaar said that transation is successfull from our side . but sir Refund Amount not credited in my account till date .
please solve this problam
