I had submitted a proposal for a Health Insurance plan through Policy Bazaar with Cigna. My brother - Ranjan Anand was the proposer; however, I was purchasing the policy on his behalf.
The proposal got rejected by the insurance provider and today i got a call from the customer care of Policy Bazaar that i need to provide bank details of my brother - Ranjan Anand, whereas I - Kapil Anand had paid for the proposal.
This is utterly disappointing and harassing on their behalf to NOT refund the amount in the account which was used to pay in the first instance and rather furnish details of someone who did not even pay. What if the concerned person is permanently disabled and holds no bank account, what if the person is an infant and what if it was to be bought as a gift and as a surprise only to be told that it didnt get through because of some random risk averse insurance provider?!
I request you to please look into it and help me to process my refund in MY account - the account which was used in the first instance to pay for the policy proposal. Was this information helpful? |
