Policy Bazaar — refund on cancellation of scooter insurance. | |
I had purchased a renewal policy for my scooter hero pleasure on 7th sept but policy bazaar failed to issues the policy in next 3-4 days. Therefore i cancelled the policy purchase after talking to the customer care who assured me to refund the amount within a week. Since then i have lodged several complaint to the costumer care but my money has not been refunded so far. Please do the needful for refund at the earliest so that as a premium costumer, i can continue my belief in policy bazar. The details of transaction is as under:- Date of transaction:- 7th sept 2019.
