Policy Bazaar — Senior health insurance policy rejected due to wrong data sent from PB to Insurance company

I purchased a Senior health insurance policy during Feb 2023 from Policybazaar. After receiving the policy, I could see that the data that was sent in the policy was not correct as what I entered.

1. Instead of Father & Mother, the policy was sent for Father-in-law & Mother-in-law
2. PED which was asked while selecting the policy was given as 'Yes' and selected 'Diabetes' in it. The policy rate was changed accordingly and the amount was charged for the same. But the policy that was sent had PED as 'No'.

I raised tickets (PB41395436 & PB[protected] with Policybazaar for both of these issue after receiving the policy copy. The 1st issue alone was alone addressed (February to April). For the 2nd issue they told they will follow up with the insurance company and they gathered all the documents that are required about PED.
By July 31st, they came back saying that *we regret to inform that as per insurance company the person with PED has been removed from policy with no refund due to medical history*. The policy is worth approx. Rs.55, 000.

By Aug 3rd after raising concerns about the data issue from Policybazaar end, they came back saying "As per insurance company, query raised at time of inception of policy, didn't receive any response or documents from your end, hence member has been deleted from the policy".

But for 6 months after sending the documents all I get back as response from policybazaar was "We will share the next update with you within next 7 days". After a month they will ask for few documents and again the same pattern continued.

This is an issue at Policybazaar of sending the incorrect data to the insurance company and now I am at the loss of 55K. Now they are not even responding to my email or tickets. They call me once and no one speaks and send me out an email stating we are unable to reach you.
When I send message to relationship manager in whatsapp, there is no response now (Who was actively responding when the policy was purchased (Feb/March).
