I had to take a health insurance policy for which I made an inquiry in the policy bazaar, against which I received a call from the policy bazaar company person. The company sales person sent me a brochure of TATA AIG MEDICARE PREMIER policy and I discussed my queries in it. Then I decided to buy the TATA AIG MEDICARE PREMIER policy. When I asked for a discount before making the payment, they told me that by applying the coupon, they gave me a discount of Rs.4000 and I have to pay Rs 40000 instead of 44000, which I will get for a three-year policy with EMI with no interest. Company sales person was informed that if you pay from credit card then the interest policy bazaar will be paid. So I paid 40000 through credit card.
I have come to realize that policy bazaar has changed the policy they issued TATA medicare policy instead of TATA AIG medicare premier policy. The same thing I confirmed with TATA company customer care. I suspect that they have cheated on the interest matter also and even misguided the policy for policy selling purposes. they have not refunded my paid amount of Rs. 40000/- When I asked about the cancellation policy they said I have to pay cancellation charges, why should I pay charges even they cheated me they have to be punished .
Kindly help and solve the issue. A snapshot of communication is attached. I have all recordings of communications but I am unable to attach this complaint.
