Pondicherry University — Missing marklist duplicate request

Im a bds student passed out the year 2018 and i had lost my second year marklist. I applied TWICE following all the procedures for issuing me a duplicate but i have received nothing yet. I have been behind the University for MONTHS, to issue me a duplicate but they keep postponing saying il get it soon. Now i have received admission in a college abroad and because of the lack of responsibility from the Pondicherry university side, i wont be able to join as i cant submit my certificates . This is ruining my career life. I request the University to take me seriously and issue my marklist as soon as possible. My id 13DS0260 . Please help 🙏🏻
