Pondicherry University — Not issuing duplicate marksheet

I am writing to bring to your attention the difficulty I am currently facing in obtaining a duplicate copy of my university 8th-semester mark sheet. I am a former student of this esteemed institution and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering in 2013. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the original certificate and I am in urgent need of a replacement.

I have waited almost 3 months and reached out to the relevant university department responsible for issuing the duplicate certificate, but they were not providing any reasons for delaying the issuance of the certificate. This has left me in a difficult situation as I require the certificate for various professional and personal purposes.

I understand that the issuance of duplicate certificates may have certain procedures and policies, but I hope that you can intervene and assist me in obtaining a duplicate copy of my 8th-semester mark sheet. As a former student of this university, I have always held the institution in high regard and I am hopeful that you will help me in this matter.

I would be grateful if you could direct me to the appropriate department or individual who can assist me with this matter, or if necessary, provide guidance on the steps I need to take in order to obtain a duplicate copy of my mark sheet.
