In above two case irtc denied booking due to non availability of seats, and even after that money has been deducted by paytm from my account. It is bad practice and violation of norms. Until facility is not provided how can you deduct money. It is requested to refund money with in 24 hours, otherwise i will be forced to pursue case of 420 against paytm
