I bought Micromax Bolt A47 model on May2, 2014. On 7th may 2014, my headset got damaged ie., the cover which covers the mike area was broken... I went to poorvika, adyar on 12th may 2014. There they said that this is only mobiles selling shop & we deal with only mobiles here. so they said me to go to poorvika, vijayanagar, velachery. Today (14.05.2014) when i went to poorvika, vijaynagar, velachery they said that they'll not exchange my headset, 'coz its only a physical damage... If this is the case, my question is are they selling all the accessories with a low quality or are they cheating???????? then why should they say that all the accessories've 6 months warranty????????????
