[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Additional item insisting | |||||
Dear sir/Madam, This is again the worst experience in Vellore showroom. I exchanged my old mobile phones for Rs : 500/- (agreed in words) and i purchased the mobile LYF Flame 3 for Rs : 4600/- and the sales executive (Mr. Tamil selvan ) told 8GB memory card is free for you. But in the invoice, they charged Rs: 333 + 5 = 338 for 8 GB memory card without my knowledge and they detect Rs : 400/- for old mobiles. This is the very worst experience in poorvika, i also indicated to the manager, but he response for my words. The public also not have good opinion, due to these type irresponsible branch managers. Kindly take strict action against this complaint (immediately), else i will not recommend other peoples to buy in poorvika, due to the bad experiences (2 times) Note : the same mobile available at Rs:4200/- Was this information helpful? | |||||
