Poorvika Mobiles — False commitment by poorvika persons

I went to gudvanchery poorvika on 03/03/2022 which is next to H2 police station.
I want to buy VIVO V23 GOLDEN color phone, before starting the finance procedure i asked him whether Golden color available or not.
The incharge person confirmed that It will available you can start to do process the billing.
I spent nearly 2 hrs for processing the loan & finally that incharge person telling that you can collect the mobile tomorrow.
Also stating that, i said i will give, i didn't said now itself i will give..
VERY VERY WORST TEAM IN GUDUVANCHERY POORVIKA
