Dear team, Hi i had order my mobile phone redmi note 4 3 gb on date : 12/04/2017 order id: #58455, i had already paid rs.11, 499 but there is no response when my phone will be dispatched. When i booked my phone the customer care of poorvika told me phone is available and grey colour phone is in stock so kindly book it and the phone will be dispatched latest by 15/04/2017 but till date no one is responding on the same. They have my advance money rs 11, 499 but poorvika mobiles are not responding. Pl help or else i have to raise my complaint at consumer forum.
