I have purchase the Celkon A9+ on 07th April 2014 on Velachery Now I am facing the problem that Software issue now I contact the Service centre they told it cannot be rectify (problem is often it get hanged & now due to the hang of mobile now I am facing the Pattern lock software issue )

Later I spoke to Mr Raghu (Store Manager) He ask for the 2 days for the rectify the problem I need the immediate solution for the mobile or I want Replacement of the mobile

If the service center people told you that the mobile cannot be repaired then it seems you need to replace it with the new one. I think you need to inform the Poorvika Mobile Store about the conversation between you & the service center people. I'm sure that Poorvika Mobile Store will take immediate action once you let them know about the issue with the phone.
