I bought a samsung prime core2 phone from poorvika on 5th May and its IME No [protected]. Same day itself it was not working properly. It was showing headphone connected always, so i used for 4, 5 calls thru speaker phone only on that night. Next morning went to the same showroom in Funmall and got a reply that i should go to samsung service centre only for such problems. Immediately rushed there and they taken my phone and made me wait for 1 day and given replacement letter to poorvika stating hardware issue is there. Samsung rep told me in 30 mnts they will replace the phone. Saturday (9th May) went to showrroom and got a response that they will forward the phone to chennai & get back the replacement. Even this minute i am not getting any proper response from them. Please advise why shouldnt go to consumer court for this malpractice in delaying even after all the things are proper.
