Good day Hi Poorvika Team, Poorvika mobiles pvt ltd - 7th phase JP Nagar Invoice No - GSI/JPN/2835 Invoice Date - 20/09/2021 Sales Person - Sushmitha Sales Person ID - P-07705 Total Bill Amount - 32499.00 rupees Day before yesterday 20/09/2021 i went to purchase mobile phone in poorvika mobiles and im looking for a different product (oppo reno 6 / Vivo) but poorvika sales girl suggested me a bad phone and she gave wrong informations about oppo & vivo & suggested me to buy **** product and she said that **** product is better than oppo reno6 but which i purchased is really bad comparing to other products and also its not worth for money simply they pushed me to buy that product but i am unsatisfied with that product kindly inform them to exchange this phone so that i will change the phone and will go to different model/product which i liked to buy (with same price/range) Now i am not satisfied with your customer service and im unhappy if you are ready to solve my problem then i will be happy with poorvika customer care/service I have mentioned purchased product name as **** because i don't have any intentions to spoil their brand names Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
