I am gunasekaran, i had bougth a sony xperia mobile in poorvika showroom, in a small accident my phone had a problem in touch, i am having a insurance for my mobile, i sumbit my phone to poorvika on 18 th of september.till now i didn't get my phone, customer care i also not answering properly, they are just giving the information, my client id_36882, i am in need of my phone very urgently.
