Wagon R AMT in use for 7 years and covered around 55000km shows occasional alarm in the shape of a gear wheel. The vehicle taken on 6th June 23 was returned next day after a thorough wash and claiming Rs.6800/. The problem persisted. After a number of telephone calls and checking by their technicians, it now said that there could be a problem with kutti motor and replacement can be done for the AMT kit, which will cost around Rs.70, 000/ They are not even sure that the problem is identified with the AMT kit. It is only a trial. (Kutty in Malayalam means small). The supervisor was not able to tell me even the function of the the so called kutti motor.
Tried to escalate the issue through their website and numbers, given. No use. Most of the numbers given are not picking up. Those numbers which are available and picking up belong to the category of the above supervisor or even below that. Was this information helpful? |
