[Resolved] PortaMart — Intex battery model no. Br 1765ao | |||||
I ordered the above battery vide Order No. 138246 dated 19.10.2015. I paid Rs.499/- by credit card. It has not been delivered yet. Whenever I sent email on [protected]@portamart.in, I got a standard reply that 'we are sorry for the delay and we will deliver as soon as possible. They do not give any reason for delay. Surprisingly they are still accepting order for the same battery which proves they do not have stock problem. I have finally written to them today to cancel the order and refund the amount.
