I placed an order for a PortoBlend portable juicer blender on 02/01/2021, the order number for which is #4324. I am unable to contact their customer care via email as the address is unreachable/invalid.
I was able to track the package a few days back when it showed that the package was in transit to India. Now that tracking site is unreachable/invalid. When I try to go to the tracking site the message is displayed "Site currently unavailable"
I have already paid Rs.299 online towards the product. The details are as given here, UPI transaction UPI/[protected]/Payment from Ph/[protected]@/Yes Bank Ltd/ Please let me know what is the status of the money paid for the product. If not please refund the amount back.
