Sir, Yesterday ie on 9/6/2015, I sent my man to get my NSS Pass Book completed.(My NSS Act. No. 854371 dt. 15/03/1989, in the name of Dr. Mrs. Sudesh Aggarwal R/O B-402, River View Apts, Mayur Vihar Ph-1, Extn., Delhi-110091) . Unfortunately it was snatched away by some "gundaas"in front of the P.O. Being a handicapped woman, I request you to pl. send me a duplicate Pass Book.
