Post Office Ulhasnagar 2 — about my online product not being delivered

Hi.
It has been 3 months that i haven't got my product delivered that i ordered from ali express online app.
I have lodged a complaint at post office twice but still my products are not getting delivered.
It is my kind and humble request to see over the scene other wise we can contact to the head of your company for not getting our services on time.
