[Resolved]  Gk Publications — Order not received after payment

I placed an order on December 24,2012 through www.gkpublications.com, to buy a GATE Guide Mechanical Engineering(ISBN [protected]) by Gk publications . my order number is 14930.But till this date[protected] order has not been received. I payed Rs 695 online through SBI internet banking.

I have also sent emails concerning the matter but no reply was made by them. Their mail ID "[protected]@gkpublications.com" is not an existing email. I have been repeatedly calling them on[protected], but no one picks up the phone, even they have cut the phone before the ring ended.
