[Resolved]  The Times Of India — Not a single magazine issue delivered

I am rahul verma. I subscribed to times group BBC knowledge magazine around one and a half months ago through this website: http://mags.timesgroup.com/bbc-knowledge.html
My order id is [protected] and my customer id is 31672345.
I called times group customer care twice a week ago. They said they will lodge a complaint and my first magazine issue will be delivered soon. Actually the first issue was to be delivered on 1st july and today is 20th july. Times is such a big journalism house and is this way they provide service to customers? Kindly penalize them and ask them to deliver the magazine on time.
