I Havaldar Narayan Prusty have opened a PLI policy from your kind office vide policy No APS933104-L dated on 22Apr2009. On Maturity of policy I have deposited my policy Bond at my home town GPO Bhubaneswar District Khurda Pin751001(GPO receipt attached)on 10May2023.I have not received my policy maturity amount because due to non clearance of policy payment order. I have several times visit to my GPO Post office Bhubaneswar, They told they have send several mail for clearance and non of the respond it even my Pay account office (other Rank) Lucknow nor your office. I was file a complain to your office vide complaint No [protected]. Now reply asked payment order from your office Sansad Marg(HQ).A huge amount was deducted RS 85253/- during monthly payslip October 2020(copy attached). All the payment has been made against monthly payslip (photocopy attached). Your office reply that huge amount was deducted against non deduction of premia from the period June 2010 to July 2013(Your reply attached). In view of the above kindly liaised with the proposal and amount be cleared from Pay Account Office(OR) Post:, Dilkusha Lucknow -226002 and disposal order may please be send to GPO Bhubaneswar 751001 for necessary payment as the same was held up at GPO Bhubaneswar. Kindly look into matter and be instructed to PAO(OR) AMC Dilkusha Lucknow for the further action. All the photocopies of monthly payslip at office of the CDA(O) Golibar maidan Lucknow at the ensure.
