[Resolved]  Postpe — Refund not initiated after failure of Transaction

On 13/07/2022 I have made a transaction worth ₹20325 to settle the credit card bill of ICICI CREDIT CARD.
But unfortunately it failed and amount is deducted from my account .
But till today they haven't refunded and evertime they are in habbit of telling to wait for 7 days.
When I asked them to share the reason of delay they only say sir wait for 7 days.
If Possible plz let me have my refund

After getting transaction failed...I consequently e-mail the company to resolve it in due time. In Due course of time I had call the company and email several times to issue the refund in due time. I had mailed to SBM Bank too for the same. Lastly they have initiated refund back to my account in due stipulated timeline
