[Resolved]  Powercab Lifts — Lift is not functioning properly.

I am one of the 9 flat-owners in premises no. 66, Russa Road (E) 1st Lane, Swiss Park, Tollygunge, Kolkata - 700 033 and my Flat No. is 3A, 3rd Floor. The lift in our premises (Powercab) is not functioning properly. It is working only between 1st and 2nd floor - is not going down to Ground floor or coming up to 3rd floor. I can not contact the company through the phone numbers recorded with us and it appears that none of the numbers is presently operative.
