Powermax Fitness — Treadmill Complaint/ Fraud Customer Service

I purchased a Powermax treadmill in May 2018. This was sparingly used by me. This year March when i was using it there was a sound and it stopped working. I contacted their customer care team and requested service. I got a call from their Mumbai service agency and upfront there were asking for 1500/- to be paid for a service person to come to my place. These people know the poor quality of their product and mostly sure that most of the customers would prefer to leave it as it is, that could be the only reason that i can think about demanding advance payment. And 1500/- for a service!!!
I was doubtful about these people so i denied to make any advance payment. After a lot of discussions one of their technician came and he told me both motor and PCB are gone. My motor was under warranty and considering that i decided to pay for PCB and replace it. Again they were asking for advance payment for PCB and the service charges. I paid total 6500/- on 17th of May and i was assured complete resolution within a weeks time. I waited till first week of June(considering the COVID situation), and then started following up. I got PCB couriered to me and after many follow ups got motor also delivered on 16 June, after one month since I made the payment. Then I asked then to send the service personnel to fix this. I got a call from their technician couple of times that week and he was giving me another date when he failed to turn up on the previous occasion. Next week another technician called me and i asked to come on next day before 2 PM as i had office calls in second half and an evening outside URGENT matter where i needed to go personally. There was no communication from this guy the whole day and he turned up around 07:15 PM when i was about to leave my house for external appointment. We were already late and we asked him to come next day. After that i called him couple of times and gave him different slots, he never turned up. I started calling their customer care people and they gave me multiple timelines but nothing happened and nobody turned up. After many such follow ups when i called them on 2 July, they arranged a call from their, Mumbai service team person who assured me that they will try to resolve it by 05th July. Nothing happened, after that date when i tried to call her she did not pick up the call. Another person called me and told they are looking into that. Today is 13 July. Almost two months since I made the payment. I don't even know if the PCB and motor that are couriered to me are functional or not. They are unopened. Considering this behavior from them i am even doubtful about the genuinity of the parts sent to me. My complain register ticket no which is S 546588. Thier main customer care team still knows that this issue is not yet closed, but still they do not even bother to resolve this!!!
