Hello Sir/madam,
This is Vasudevan V from Bangalore. I had booked Volkswagen Highline plus MT on jan20th 2022.
It was clearly promised that vehicle will be delivered by march end or April first week which was the reason i took the vehicle booking.
I had raised a complaint couple of days back to Volkswagen india on the same and next day, the dealer PPS motors sales manager Manoj called me to just get an e mail from me that the issue is resolved.
He was least bothered about my booking and he is fine even if i cancel the booking.
There was a call from Pps motors sales manager Manoj yesterday evening.
The only intention from him was to get an e mail from me that the issue is sorted out and I will agree for the dealers delivery date
He promised me, he will call me in the evening to update me about new delivery date after checking up. But am yet to receive the call.
This is totally atrocious from a Sales manager, who is fine even if I cancel my booking
and just needs an email from me to close my complaint raised against them.
To repeat,
I have attached the Sales contract form, where it says June 1 as Dealer's commitment.
But it was clearly promised to me verbally that, Vehicle will be delivered by March end or April first week maximum
Since on paper it's a safe bet for dealers, they take this light.
I was also told to ignore the date written on the contract form which is just for formality and the vehicle will be delivered as I expected on March end.
I just wanna know how much Volkswagen can go to retain their customer?
