I have visited v care indirangar branch on October 2022.the doctor has prescribed 24 sessions of serum aroma therapy, 6 laser and 4 yellow peel sessions.each session with a gap of 15 days.so it would probably take more than a year to complete the treatment.2 months back they said that my treatment was going to expire this October.i called them multiple times before the expiry for extension.they assured that it would be done..still almost everyday I called them them but they kept lagging telling that branch manager is not there or she is hospitalised etc ..so many times after booking the treatment and after going to clinic they denied and postponed it to some other day since they said that more patients are there and serum aroma therapy would take so much time.Now they are telling that treatment expired and they are cutting the calls and not responding properly to texts..I have taken skin treatment and i found a bill of some hair test costing 4000 and skin test of 500 which was never done..I have mailed them the first week of taking the treatment and raised this issue in the clinic so many times..they would say next week we fill find a solution and kept lagging it for 1 year
