Prakruthi Bikes — clutch plates

I am very much unhappy to inform you that my tvs jupiter bought on 12 april 17 from m/s prakruthi bikes, bhadrappa layout, bengaluru-94 has always a complaint of clutch plates giving a squeaking noise while applying brakes. This trouble has been recurring ever since the purchase. Every month i take the 2 wheeler for rectification and it gets resolved after clutch plate, brake shoe cleaning and refitting. As per records on the shop's computer it is done every monthly almost. Today i took my 2 wheeler to prakruthi bikes servicing and mr. Pramod has very rudely argued with me to prove that the clutch plates need to be replaced as this is not covered under warranty. He did not have basic ettiquettes how to behave with a customer and he shouted saying you can compaint about me where ever you want. The manager is on leave today and there is no 2nd person responsible in place of manager when i wanted to place my complaint. None of the staff connected me to ho in jalahalli and also were unwilling to give me the complaint register. Later the servicing boy cleaned same clutch plate refitted and trouble rectified. Mr pramod was unwilling to create a job card unlike earlier cases of clutch plate, brake shoe cleaning. My vehicle no. Ka 04 jk 0118 will complete 1 year only on the forthcoming 12 april. No support was given with solace to me and i returned with my 2 wheeler unsatisfied with mr pramod as he was trying to sell his spares in a compelling way.
