Prasanna Travels — Left in midway

This was my first and the last experience with Prasanna pruple travels. Was travelling from Mumbai to Pune on 12th july 2015 sunday. I was assured by the bus driver and the ticket maker that I will be dropped at kothrud Depot. But the bus did a de-route and we 5 people were left mid way at 11.30 in the night. The driver and his mate were the most arrogant people I have met. They told us to call and make complaint against them. Prasanna Purple is terrible service. My Bus number was MH12 8171, It left from dadar at 7 and yes it was late. Driver waited for 1 hour to fill up all of his seats. I hope something is done of this rude behaviour.
