Prasanna Travels — no refund of amount for the cancelled ticket

Hello,
I am abhishek kundu,
On 4/10/2019 i have booked a bus ticket of prasanna purple grand to travel from pune to nagpur. My travelling time was 8 pm. I had booked ticket for two persons and the seat number was 13, 14. But due to some reason i cancelled my journey, and i already paid the travelling amount online for the bus journey from pune to nagpur by prasanna purple grand.
But till now the money is not refunded on my account.
Please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
I don't have pnr number of the bus ticket.
My ticket number is tnac16824738.
