I have very worst experience with prassanna purple rishi pune to nanded travel, i travels on 26/04/2016 in above travel, bus was heating problem in engine it allredy known to driver, they just managed same bus to drive without providing any backup bus, any how they manage to till pathari village at 6:00 clock after that engine burning smells came and they stop at pathari and tell passenger to manage their own journey from here, some passenger asked for backupbus but they did not provide any bus instead they tell to go office and refund money from office, and they ran away..
Its one wort experience i have with above travel bus company..

On 26/04/2016 my family traveled from Jalna to Pune. the schedule arrival time at pune on 27/04/2016 is 4.55 AM, BUT arrives at 7.45. The agent saying bus will drop at shanirwada but driver denied. i have never seen this type worst service.

Rigth now i m travelung frm pune to nagpur in bus no mh14 cw 3129 with 3 bags. I asked to a person, who supposed to put luggage in bus, to write a seat no in my luggage, then he reolied to me, "sir aap phechan lena kon sa aap ka hai or konsa nahi", but how does i ensure that other people will not take my luggage. Kindly look into the issue.
