Hi, i am really sorry to tell you that it is very inconvenient that the conductor is texting in whatsapp and trying to stalk me on other social networks. This is the reason why we provide our numbers? The number of the conductor is [protected], this is his whatsapp number. And as he had requested a follow on instagram his name is gajanan devne. Kept waiting passengers for almost 2hrs at the same place for no reason...n travel fares are variable from person to person,

When I bought the bus ticket from mumbai to pune I was guaranteed bus will reach pune station ar 6. Pm sharp.

It's 6.30 and the bus is no where close to pune. It will take an hour more.
Lousy service. Complete lies.
It's stopping every 10 minutes to pick or drop people.
Next time will take the shivneri as it's definitely more reliable
