We booked a Purple bus from Pune to Mumbai till vashi for 8.15, but in morning they updated us that bus got cancelled and u need to come immediately to bus stop for 7.15 bus, we rushed to bus stop and after reaching there she was given seat next to male passenger whereas we booked ladies seat, on requesting ladies seat purple wakad indra branch manager started fighting with us and said whatever u want to do u can do but he will not give seat. He started abusing and was even ready to have big fight. This is very unethical and unprofessional to talk like this to customers. Inspite of having some guilt for cancelling bus at last moment, you are showing wrong attitude and fighting with customers.
