Prasanna Travels — Worst service, need refund

I had paid 15000 for four persons for Pune to Mahabaleshwar trip. The services provided by Prasanna travels was worst. The hotel was very cheap and situated far from Mahabaleshwar due to cost cutting. The food quality wasn't up to mark. Overall service was worst compare to money they took. I want[protected] money back from 15000.

Travels is good but services are bad
staff is rude and arrogant fights everytime
the staff people them self do not know if bus have gone or is canceled
and them on refund time they claim that you cnt have refund even though ur bus is cancled
