I am owner o[censored]nit number C3/1704, Prateek Grand City. Builder has given possession in August committing that Flat will get ready within a week. I have been paying for maintenance charges, club charges, etc since last 9 months but flat is still not ready to move in. I have visited site office and sales office countless number of times but they are not preparing the flat for handover. I am feeling hopeless and looted. No one listens to the complaint, nobody have any idea about what is happening. Paying bank EMIs, maintenance charges but all in vein. Was this information helpful? |
