Prathvi Builders & Developers — Flat Booked by Agent Not by Real Land Owner- No Flat no Refund | |||
Hii I am Shivaji Giri a working person in Mumbai Maharashtra. I am alone person with wife, mummy and two children who work for family. In 2012 July I booked flat in nallasopara west Palghar Maharashtra with 4 lacs deposit and 12000 per month EMI. there was scheme of 36 EMI of 12000 to pay then they will register a flat but work of building was to slow and now totally stopped. In 2015 May I shocked to know that the building where I booked flat not belong to Prathvi Builder & Developers and it belong to Dream shine Developers and Prathvi had no rights to give flat in said building (Dream Tower). there is four partners in Prathvi Builders & Developers. after very much follow up, dhrana pradarshan for my hard earn money we got two cheques of total amt. paid to Builders in Jan 2016. but both cheques bounced (cheque amt.- 6, 14, 800/ ) due to insufficient fund. they have cheated to mass people for Project - Dream Tower, Dream Nirman, Nidan Empire Etc. The office where we booked flat now closed their phones are switched off. the four partners are (Mr. Chandrakant Patel-[protected], Mr. Munna Sharma-[protected], Mr. Brijesh Mourya & Mr. Pawan Tiwari). And the onwer of Property (Dream Tower) Mr. Chand shaikh. who also had meeting with us and assured to give flat or refund. now we are wondering about our hard money. we requrest to take refund as soon as possible.
